These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Baza Tatry Adventures, located at bazatatryadv.pl.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Baza Tatry Adventures if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Tours and Trips terms and conditions:
1. Participation in the excursion is voluntary and at your own risk.
2. The bringing of alcohol and drugs is prohibited during the excursion.
3. The guide is responsible for the safety of the participants, and their instructions must be strictly followed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the mountains, do not leave any litter.
5. Before starting the excursion, make sure you have the right equipment and clothing suitable for the weather conditions.
6. It is forbidden to move away from the group and explore the area beyond designated trails.
7. In case of feeling unwell, inform the guide immediately.
8. The guide has the right to change the route plan at any time during the excursion or before the excursion if weather conditions, the condition of the participants, or other reasons explained by the guide require it.
9. The guide has the right to cancel the excursion if weather conditions do not allow for its completion. In this case, a full refund for the guide service will be provided.
10. Cancellation of the excursion with refund must be reported at least 7 days before the excursion. If ticket costs were included, the refund for them depends on the refund policy of the activity provider.
11. Consent for taking photos and using them for marketing purposes:
I agree to have photos of myself taken and used for marketing purposes by the company Baza Tatry Adventures. I agree for my photos to be used in promotional materials, such as the website and social media.
This consent is valid indefinitely and can be revoked at any time by contacting the company. I confirm that I will not make any claims or complaints regarding the use of my image in accordance with this consent.
Familiarity with the above regulations is mandatory for all participants of the excursion. Participation in the excursion implies compliance with the regulations. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in exclusion from further participation in excursions organized by our company.
